Job summary

Lowe’s Associates deliver quality service in a safe, well-stocked store and this Asset Protection & Safety Manager role focuses on reducing loss and enhancing safety. You will guide operations leadership, monitor receiving and selling patterns, and drive initiatives to improve hazmat safety, shrink control and security outcomes.

The APSM may respond to violent incidents, train colleagues, and ensure inventory levels support shrink reduction while maintaining a safe customer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in retail or asset protection is a plus.
• Ability to lead and coach teams in loss prevention and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loss prevention programs to minimize shrink and improve safety.
• Coach and train associates, monitor store safety and security.
• Respond to incidents and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
