Job summary

The role involves coaching staff, monitoring inventory activity, and implementing processes to minimize shrink while maintaining a safe shopping and working environment. The APSM may respond to safety incidents, analyze security reports, and coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred with relevant experience.
• Experience in retail asset protection and safety roles.
• Security certifications and training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Coach and train associates on safety and shrink reduction.
• Monitor receiving, shipping and selling patterns for the store.
• Coordinate programs to minimize loss while ensuring a safe environment.
