Carvana is hiring for a Safe and Secure Associate II in Hoffman Estates to protect associates, customers and assets at the facility gates. You will utilize the SAS App and RFID tech to document vehicle movement and support inventory control with a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Facility operates 24/7, gates must be manned at all times

Responsibilities

• Deliver a service-first approach in everything you do.
• Be the ambassador at the gates, the face of Carvana to associates, vendors and visitors.
• Collaborate with Safe and Secure Team Lead/Manager on badge creation, CCTV review and related requests.
• Ensure every request is delivered timely, with quality and service orientation.
• Be trained and certified on life-saving measures (first aid, CPR, AED).
• Promote an incident-ready focus and follow Incident Response Protocol.
• De-escalate difficult situations to maintain partner and cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles at entrances/exits and document vehicle movements.
