Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Safe and Secure Associate II to protect people, assets, and processes at the facility. You will work at the gates as the face of Carvana, support badge creation, CCTV review, and access control requests, and assist the team with incident-ready operations.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, with experience in security or OSHA programs, and a collaborative mindset within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong situational awareness and people-facing skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced security environment.
• Experience with inventory control and incident response is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a service-first approach in all tasks.
• Be the face of Carvana at gates and interact with associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Assist with badge creation, CCTV review, and access control requests.
• De-escalate conflicts and maintain a safe, incident-ready site.
