Job summary

Carvana is hiring for a Safe and Secure Associate II. You will be the face of Carvana at the facility gates, ensuring safety protocols, inventory control, and incident readiness.

The role requires strong communication, a service-first mindset, and the ability to work with CCTV and RFID technologies within a 24/7 site. You will collaborate with the Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager to handle badge requests, CCTV reviews, and secure access while maintaining a focus on de-escalation and quick,

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• This job is designated as a safety-sensitive position.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights.
• Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling.
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Experience with CCTV, RFID, Card Access, and Safe and Secure technology helpful.
