Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a High Volume Security Recruiter to source, interview, and place top talent in the security sector. You will drive the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment, focusing on a large remote hourly workforce.

You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate background checks and drug testing, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles promptly while maintaining excellent candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience in an industry with a large remote hourly workforce.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct recruiting and sourcing for open positions.
• Develop sources through research strategies, networks, job fairs and online boards.
• Move candidates through the applicant tracking system workflow.
• Assess candidates from resume review to phone screens and skill assessments.
• Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and references.
• Recruit security officers for a retail setting.
• Explain policies, benefits, and procedures to applicants.
• Other duties as assigned.
