The role covers intake, sourcing, screening and onboarding in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS and Clearance Jobs, manage 12–15 requisitions, and work with a dispersed team while maintaining compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• US Citizenship required to support cleared recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles (intake, sourcing, screening, onboarding).
• Use ATS tools to source and evaluate candidates.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks and extend offers.
• Collaborate with a dispersed team to meet hiring goals.
• Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements.
