Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking a Recruiter to source candidates, manage postings, and coordinate interviews in a fast-paced security services environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions and post requirements.
• Perform reference, education and background screenings, as needed.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assist managers with conducting and attending interviews.
• Communicate with the hiring manager and HR staff to ensure properly vetted candidates reach their posts.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and discussing employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Attend job fairs and local events to develop relationships and network for opportunities.
• Manage the overall interview, selection and closing processes.
• Report metric-driven results to operational managers.
