Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration
• Proven experience managing multiple projects on time and within budget
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving and proactive risk management approach
• Budget management and cost control expertise
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA and relevant compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors
• Allocate and manage resources to meet milestones
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain regular updates on progress, risks, and solutions
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and monitor performance
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and report project documentation and change orders
• Manage project budgets and control expenses to avoid overruns
• Lead and motivate project teams and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
