Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our security business unit. You will lead projects from initiation to closeout, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and aligning with clients and stakeholders.

You will coordinate internal resources and vendors, monitor performance, mitigate risks, ensure compliance with OSHA/ADA, and deliver regular status reports. The role offers $87,000–$120,000 annually with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects with defined scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle and provide progress updates.
• Oversee execution, monitor performance, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Document and report status, contracts, schedules, and changes.
• Manage budgets and control costs; lead cross-functional teams and closeout.
