Job summary

Pavion is a global leader in designing, installing, and maintaining fire, security, and communications systems. The Project Manager will oversee technical execution, client coordination, and safety/compliance across projects, driving on-time and on-budget delivery.

This role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and team leadership, with a focus on clear reporting, risk management, and adherence to Pavion standards and policies. Travel may be required as part of project deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ project management experience with 5+ years’ industry experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to technical standards and goals.
• Maintain project plans, specs, and schedules; manage changes and risks.
• Prepare and manage installation plans and procedures; track backlog and costs.
• Lead project team meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across assignments.
