Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our security business unit in Westminster, CO. You will lead project planning, resource management, client communication, and execution to deliver complex fire, security, and communication integration projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project management within security/tech environments, strong MS Project/Smartsheet skills, and a track record of successful multi-project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget
• Budget management and cost control expertise

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions
• Oversee day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they remain on track
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Respond promptly to issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables
• Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and client expectations
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders
• Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to avoid overruns
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Ensure proper project closeout, including client sign-offs and final documentation
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
