Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive risk management skills.
• Budget management and cost control expertise.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA and other compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet milestones.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain regular updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and monitor performance.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.
• Manage budgets and track expenses to avoid overruns.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Ensure proper project closeout and conduct post-project reviews.
