Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong service mindset.
• Experience with fire alarm or electronic security systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, and service security systems.
• Commission new systems and demonstrate operation.
• Provide customer training and support on site.
• Coordinate with project/operations managers to manage scope.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise on-site technicians.
