Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance per company requirements. You will lead a team, manage staffing, materials, and customer delivery to maximize efficiency.

The role requires 4–6 years in project management, experience with security systems or related fields, and the ability to travel as needed within the territory. Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must have 4–6 years of verifiable project management experience.
• Experience in security systems, access control, or CCTV is preferred.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience (5+ years).
• Ability to travel within branch/region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote or discipline project staff per policy.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for and maintain project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job costs, invoices, collections and financial reporting to customers and management.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Serve as liaison between customer and company.
