GardaWorld in Forest Park, GA is seeking a Security Project Manager for a contract role to safeguard client accounts on-site. You will handle client issues, communicate with contacts, and drive improvements in security programs while managing budgets, reports, and compliance.

You will lead projects, prepare presentations, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure KPI achievement and timely billing. A strong background in security operations and MS Office/CRM usage is essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations leadership/supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and follow-ups on overdue payments.
• Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
