Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Site Security Manager in Charleston, SC to oversee contract security services for a key account. You will manage client issues, coordinate with local GardaWorld teams, and drive program improvements.

The role requires 3-5 years in security operations management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. You will prepare reports, present findings to clients, and ensure KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years in security operations management with progressive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
