This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with on-site teams, and delivering reports, presentations, and pricing estimates to support contracts and onboarding. Ideal candidates have a college degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in security operations leadership, and proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and KPI-driven

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• A college degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations leadership/supervision, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and follow-ups on overdue payments.
