GardaWorld in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a Security Client Services Manager to elevate client experience and drive account success. You will lead security services across multiple sites, supervise staff, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring contract compliance and delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem-solving, and financial insight, with a schedule Monday–Friday, on-site, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• College degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day security service for facilities to meet highest standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client and staff relationships; liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and staff.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues and provide status updates; ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and officers; review reports, provide training and guidance, and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, orders, procedures, zones, emergency procedures, staffing priorities, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports.
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in accounts.
• Ensure 100% contract and collective bargaining agreement compliance in accounts.
• Recommend improvements to policies and procedures for efficiency.
• Ensure progressive discipline on corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
