Job summary

Andy Frain seeks a Security Account Manager to lead Level 2 and Level 3 site supervisors and officers at assigned client locations, with a focus on Houston cultural properties. You will coordinate with clients and management to ensure staffing coverage and strict compliance with client requirements.

You will manage day-to-day operations, recruitment, onboarding, and on-site training, while developing post orders and controlling labor costs to meet profitability targets across accounts.

Qualifications

• Must meet Andy Frain employment standards and hold Texas Level 3 license or be able to obtain.
• Strong leadership and staff management capabilities with HR coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise security operations and training.
• Knowledge of post orders, compliance, and labor cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 2 and Level 3 site supervisors and officers across assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with clients and management to guarantee staffing coverage and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and on-site training of new hires and ongoing training.
• Develop post orders and best practices; supervise payroll and scheduling activities.
• Monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives; address issues promptly.
