Job summary

Andy Frain Services seeks a Security Account Manager to lead Level 2 and Level 3 site teams at client sites in Houston, TX. You will supervise supervisors and officers, coordinate with clients and management, and ensure staffing coverage meets requirements.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, on-going training, and quality initiatives, while controlling labor costs. You will conduct post orders, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed to maintain professional operations.

Qualifications

• Must meet Andy Frain employment standards.
• Must possess Texas Level 3 (Commissioned) Security License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in security operations and training programs.
• Knowledge of labor cost control and scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2–3 site supervisors and armed/unarmed officers.
• Coordinate staffing by liaising with client teams and management.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard security staff; conduct ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and labor cost targets.
• Prepare staffing schedules and payroll processing; manage coverage.
