GardaWorld is recruiting a Site Security Manager in Charleston, SC to lead client-facing security operations and drive performance on-site. You will handle issues, liaise with key contacts, and ensure programs meet KPIs while guiding customers through projects, contracts, and onboarding.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required, with 3–5 years in security management. The role emphasizes reporting, risk assessment, and collaboration with local branches to deliver cost-effective security

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Required

Your Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States

• A college degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3-5 years of experience in security operations management, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities. Military/Law enforcement supervisory experience is a plus
