Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Security Operator 3 to protect facilities and support a safe, welcoming environment for employees, contractors, vendors, and guests. You will manage access control protocols, escort duties, tours, and incident response coordination.

This role requires 5+ years in security or a related field, a high school diploma, and strong communication and de-escalation skills. On-site shifts with overtime, benefits, and a path to growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or facility security required.
• Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track special events and visits and coordinate accordingly.
• Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors and visitors.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders at SpaceX facilities.
• Ensure knowledge and execution of access control, escort, and tour protocols.
• Coordinate with SpaceX Protective Operations Center for incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor surveillance and prepare clear incident reports.
