Job summary

SpaceX in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Security Operator 3 to deliver frontline security and exceptional service to employees, contractors, and visitors. You will enforce access and escort protocols across SpaceX facilities and coordinate with the Protective Operations Center for incidents and emergencies.

The role requires a high school diploma and 5+ years in customer service or security, with preferred Bachelor’s degree and ITAR/compliance readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of experience working in a customer service or facility security position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track special events and visits.
• Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge and implementation of access control, escort, and tour protocols for employees, customers, vendors, and guests.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and SPOC for incidents or emergencies and to monitor site surveillance systems.
• Prepare clear incident reports and report maintenance or alarms.
