The role oversees personnel records and procurement processes, including uniforms and equipment, with a week-long onboarding program to support success in the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a team leader.
• Military or public safety background related to law enforcement or security.
• Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian).
• Bachelor’s degree in protective service, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of active military service.
• Associate’s degree (60 credits) in criminal justice with current or prior active military service.
• 2 years of verifiable data center security experience.
• 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll and scheduling systems to ensure staffing and accurate compensation; invoices reflect services rendered.
• Maintain future work schedules by assigning trained personnel; track training and certifications; plan staffing for emergencies and growth.
• Measure and assess proficiency of security staff; develop quality assurance programs; advise on resolution of shortcomings.
