Job summary

Epic Hosting seeks a Security Operations Technician to join a SOC team protecting Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations across multiple teams, and implement improvements based on threats and incidents.

You’ll leverage PowerShell, SIEM, and AD to monitor, analyze, and respond to security events, with relocation assistance to Madison area and benefits reflecting Epic's culture.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying security events and coordinating incident response.
• Familiarity with security operations center (SOC) concepts and processes.
• Scripting ability with PowerShell is a plus.
