Job summary

Epic Hosting seeks a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC protecting Epic's SaaS infrastructure. You will identify security events and coordinate investigations across teams, driving long-term process improvements and threat awareness.

Based on our Madison campus with relocation assistance, you will support secure operations for healthcare clients and stay ahead of emerging threats with practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations and incident response.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area with reimbursement.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Identify security events and coordinate investigation and response across teams.
• Support Epic Hosting SOC to protect SaaS infrastructure.
• Propose and implement long-term security improvements.
• Stay current on threats and adjust controls accordingly.
• Escalate incidents per policy.
