Job summary

Epic Hosting on Madison, WI campus seeks a Security Operations Technician to join a SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients nationwide. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations across teams, and drive long-term process improvements while staying ahead of emerging threats.

You will relocate to Madison area with reimbursement and contribute to a culture that values growth, teamwork, and high-impact security.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, application whitelisting, and DLP.
• Experience with log analysis, monitoring, and security operations center environments.
• Security certifications such as GSEC, SSCP, ECSA, Security+.
• Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify security events and coordinate investigations across multiple teams.
• Recommend and implement long-term security improvements and controls.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting systems.
