Epic Hosting seeks a Security Operations Technician to join a SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations, and drive long-term process improvements.

Expect relocation to the Madison, WI area with reimbursement and a supported path to growth. This role emphasizes critical thinking, staying current with threats, and implementing information security solutions across teams.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with logs analysis, monitoring and auditing in security operations.
• Security certifications are a plus (SANS/GIAC GSEC, ISC2 SSCP, EC-Council ECSA, CompTIA Security+).
• Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell helpful.
• Experience with Active Directory, access management, and ITIL tools is a plus.

• Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when not followed.
