Epic Hosting seeks a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team that secures Epic's SaaS infrastructure for healthcare customers. You will identify security events and coordinate investigations across teams, applying critical thinking to drive long-term process improvements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, app whitelisting and DLP.
• Security incident handling and log analysis experience preferred.
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) are a plus.
• Experience with SIEM, MFA, ITIL concepts is useful.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed. US work eligibility.
