Job summary

Epic Hosting is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC, safeguarding Epic’s SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You’ll detect security events, coordinate investigations across teams, and push long-term security improvements.

You’ll monitor threats, implement new security solutions, and participate in a growing, mission‑driven environment. Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed; US work eligibility required; 1st–3rd shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations centers (SOC) and security event handling.
• Ability to implement long-term security improvements beyond quick fixes.
• Familiarity with security concepts such as log analysis, monitoring and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Identify security events and coordinate investigations across multiple teams.
• Implement and advocate for information security solutions and process improvements.
• Stay current on emerging threats and recommend protective measures.
