Job summary

Epic Hosting is seeking a Security Operations Technician on the Madison, WI campus. You will be part of a SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare organizations. You’ll identify security events and coordinate investigation and response across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Experience in security operations within SOC environments.
Knowledge of network and host security controls and incident handling.
Familiarity with security tooling and threat detection.
Relocation to Madison, WI area will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

Identify security events in Epic Hosting and coordinate investigation and response across multiple teams.
Propose long-term process improvements based on security findings.
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting per policy.
Stay current on emerging threats and implement new information security solutions.
