Epic is seeking a Security Operations Technician for its Hosting team to safeguard Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will detect security events, coordinate investigations across teams, and push for long-term process improvements while staying ahead of threats.

The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with reimbursement and offers exposure to a high-growth tech campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations center environments.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area will be reimbursed or provided.
• Familiarity with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, application whitelisting, and DLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when not followed.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting services.
