• 5+ to 8 years of progressive physical security experience with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Experience managing guard forces and surveillance technologies in corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response, risk mitigation, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily physical security operations across facilities and client sites, including access control and CCTV.
• Coordinate security assessments, site audits, and vulnerability evaluations; present findings to leadership.
• Manage SLAs, data quality, and reporting cadences.
• Develop and maintain site-specific security plans, emergency protocols, and business continuity procedures.
• Lead training, onboarding, drills, and professional development for security staff.
• Serve as primary security incident contact and coordinate investigations with HR, Legal, and executives.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, HR, Legal, and executives; manage relationships with vendors and law enforcement.
