Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a Jacksonville client site. You will lead security officers and supervisors, manage scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching to ensure top-notch service and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, coordinating support services, and meeting contractual goals. You will ensure reporting, compliance, and effective communication while maintaining post orders, licensing as required,

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in contract security, facilities management, military or law enforcement.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or operations experience.
• Ability to build customer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
• Team-oriented leadership with entrepreneurial attitude.
• Key competencies: Staff & Financial management, integrity, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations of the client site.
• Manage security officers and supervisors, including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain client and employee relationships.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance.
• Communicate issues to the client regularly.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Support recruiters in staffing needs.
• Develop staff through performance management.
• Maintain personnel records and policy communications.
• Ensure site training and post orders are current.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, and vehicles.
• Proactively address client needs and provide solutions.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Use WinTeam for scheduling and billing and generate reports.
• Enforce company policies.
