Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking a Program Manager to lead a security project management program across multiple enterprise client sites, including data center campuses in several states. You will oversee a team of on-site project managers, serve as the main client contact, and ensure end-to-end delivery with autonomy and accountability.

The role requires coordinating schedules, staffing, risk, and invoicing while maintaining strong senior-level client relationships and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing large construction, data center, or capital projects with schedule, budget, and vendor oversight.
• Proven track record leading teams across multiple locations.
• Strong client-facing presence to manage senior client relationships independently.
• Knowledge of electronic physical security systems (access control, intrusion detection, camera surveillance).
• Fluency with construction drawings and standard project management software.
• Based in the St. Louis metropolitan area or willing to relocate, with up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the program across multiple client sites in Louisiana, Texas, and Missouri.
• Manage a team of on-site project managers, including assignments, priorities, and performance.
• Set the program's reporting rhythm and maintain records for client and executive review.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's senior security program leadership.
• Track schedules, staffing, and risk across sites and anticipate issues.
• Support invoice review and purchase-order tracking, and advise leadership.
