• Ability to review training records electronically.

Responsibilities

• Develop computerized on-the-job training materials.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for security guards.
• Lead and organize security teams and ensure site post orders are followed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and client policies; prepare compliance reports.
• Manage training schedules, needs assessments, and course materials.
• Conduct audits and inspections to meet client requirements.
• Provide progress updates on training completion and effectiveness.
