Job summary

First Coast Security Services is seeking a qualified Account Manager to oversee daily operations on-site for an assigned security contract in Mansfield, TX. You will manage client relationships, payroll accuracy, scheduling, and staff development, ensuring contract compliance and timely communications.

You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate training, handle incidents, and coach personnel to meet performance standards while maintaining post orders and OSHA-like policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in contract security, law enforcement, or the military.
• Experience with supervisory or account management duties is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet contractual obligations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with clients, staff, recruiters, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with WinTeam or similar platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable using a mobile device for field reporting and communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience in security/operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned security contract, including scheduling, payroll accuracy, and contract compliance reporting.
• Serve as the primary client contact; maintain regular communication and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle escalated security incidents and emergencies per post orders and policy.
• Coordinate staffing needs with recruiters and the Regional Director of Operations.
• Coach and develop assigned security personnel through performance evaluations and counseling.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination.
• Ensure all staff understand and can locate post orders for their site.
• Coordinate and conduct on-the-job training for site-specific requirements.
• Address employee grievances with HR; keep accurate personnel files and rosters up to date.
• Communicate company policies and job openings to all personnel.
• Meet all contractually scheduled hours with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Oversee uniforms, equipment, and vehicles; use WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Embed the FCS mission into site culture and model professional standards.
• Attend meetings and training sessions with senior leadership.
