Qualifications

• Technical IT security certifications preferred (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, Citrix, Oracle, (ISC)2).

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops the Security Operations team aligned with IT objectives.
• Drives continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development.
• Develops and maintains Security Operations procedures, workflows, and incident playbooks.
• Oversees budgeting, strategic planning, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensures practices align with risk tolerance, regulatory requirements, and frameworks.
• Oversees monitoring, alert triage, threat detection, investigations, and effectiveness.
• Manages incident response and acts as escalation point for major events.
