Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with developing and maintaining security event response procedures.
• Understanding of ITIL, COBIT, NIST frameworks is a plus.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops the Security Operations team.
• Oversees security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Develops and maintains security procedures, workflows, and playbooks.
• Partners with IT and Risk Management to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manages budgeting, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps.
• Acts as escalation point for significant security events.
• Reports on metrics related to security operations effectiveness.
