Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining security event response procedures.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, NIST frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Security Operations team.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and escalation of significant events.
• Coordinate with IT, Risk Management, and senior leadership to improve security maturity.
• Develop and maintain security procedures, playbooks, and standards.
• Manage budgeting, licensing, and vendor relationships for security platforms.
