Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding and developing a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service for our clients. You will schedule with AI-powered tools, manage client relationships, handle incidents, and oversee training, safety, and inventory across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company/personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Ability to evaluate situations and make independent decisions.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and computer systems (MS Office).
• Strong communication with clients and employees; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships; serve as primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site operations, and inventory (uniforms, equipment).
