The role requires 2+ years in security management, a high school diploma, and strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. A driver’s license is often needed, with opportunities for growth within a global security leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operations, overseeing training, safety, and site standards.
