Allied Universal® is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will manage frontline staff, ensure client contractual hours, and leverage BI tools to improve efficiency and profitability.

The role requires 2+ years security and 2+ years management experience, strong computer skills, and preferred military, law enforcement, or corrections background. Full-time with benefits and 401k available.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of security experience.
• Must have at least two (2) years of management experience.
• Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
• Experience with security systems, CCTV, Access Control
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Ensure security protocols are upheld; manage frontline supervisors and officers to meet client contractual hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; payroll, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Use BI and analytics to track metrics, optimize schedules, and drive efficiency and profitability.
