Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Manager, Security Operations in Minnesota to lead the SOC function, driving processes, metrics, and incident response for customer security operations. You will mentor and guide the Triage Security Analyst and Engineer teams, shaping security outcomes for a global client base.

The role requires a cybersecurity background, strong leadership, and the ability to scale security operations while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity background with practical experience in SOC operations

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and operationalize processes to meet customer expectations in Security Operations.
• Measure, analyze, and maintain service metrics for Service Operation and provide timely leadership reports.
• Provide escalation support for customer management challenges, security incidents, and ticket triage.
• Lead, coordinate, and train teams on effective management of security incidents and operational responses.
• Collaborate across business units to deliver comprehensive security responses; work with recruitment to ensure talent pipeline.

Education

Degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent
