Arctic Wolf is seeking a Manager, Concierge Security to lead large teams of Concierge Engineers, implement scalable processes, and deliver high-quality customer experiences. You will collaborate with Customer Success, R&D and Sales Operations to ensure tool availability and standardized delivery of security services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and relevant cybersecurity certifications.
• 3+ years experience leading Security Operations in a global organization with Cloud and SaaS products.
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity role.

• Lead and train large dispersed teams of Concierge Engineers.
• Define internal processes and ensure they integrate across the broader organization.
