Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Engineering to lead one or more security engineering teams and drive multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise security objectives.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, governance, and platform automation to reduce risk while enabling business growth. The successful candidate will partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Architecture, and Risk stakeholders, developing leaders and advancing secure-by-design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating production systems at scale.
• Prior experience in Security Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Strong coding, system integration, and automation experience.
• Experience evaluating and implementing enterprise security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Security Engineering teams through managers, team leads, and individual contributors.
• Define and execute multi-year roadmaps aligned to security objectives and business priorities.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of enterprise security platforms.
• Provide strategic governance for system architecture and security standards.
• Drive automation and platform-based security controls to reduce manual effort.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Direct large-scale cross-functional programs with stakeholders and vendors.
