Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Security Engineer/Consultant 3 to manage technical relationships with assigned customers and deliver security services. You will work closely with Concierge Security Analysts and Customer Success Managers to implement, oversee, and support network security infrastructure using Arctic Wolf cloud services.

The role blends IT security, incident response, and security architecture, requiring 3+ years in info security, strong communication, scripting, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Information Security, Network Security, or Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain partnerships with customers.
• Analyze log and system data.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Educate and share information with non-technical people.
• Help diagnose problems and support customer requests.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Champion for customers within the Arctic Wolf team.
• Mentor junior analysts.
