Qualifications

• Cybersecurity practice in a Triage function within Arctic Wolf’s SOC.
• Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning.
• Ability to define effective security processes and improve current workflows.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Experience leading and mentoring a technical team.
• 4+ years’ experience working in a SOC or customer support function.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and operationalize security operation processes.
• Measure and report internal and external service metrics to leadership.
• Provide escalation support for security incidents and ticket triage.
• Lead and train teams on incident management and response for customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional units to deliver comprehensive security responses.
• Partner with recruitment to maintain strong talent pipeline.
