Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Manager, Security Operations to lead the people, processes, and services delivered to customers. You will oversee the SOC function, drive improvement of security operations, and ensure delivery of high-quality incident response and service metrics.

About the Position

The Manager, Security Operations, is responsible for managing the people, processes, and services we deliver to customers.

Who You Are

The Manager of Security Operations is a critical member of the Security Services leadership team. In this role, you will be working directly with our Triage Security Analyst and Engineer group - our first line of defense. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and who embraces opportunities for mentorship is the ideal fit for this role.

Your experience and skillset could look like

• Cybersecurity practical experience in one of the Triage functions within Arctic Wolf's Security Operations Center.


• Passion for Cybersecurity. Continually learning new attack vectors, new threats, and security framework expertise.


• Strong and demonstrated ability to define effective security processes. Ability to identify current opportunities in current processes and roll out necessary changes.


• Strong and practical knowledge of industry adopted frameworks and methodologies (MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, etc.)


• Ability to lead and manage a technical team


• Excellent communicator and presenter


• Ability to lead and mentor

Minimum Qualifications

• A degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent


• 4+ years' experience working and managing a SOC or customer support function

Base Salary

The base salary range for this job family is 110,000 to 222,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
